Gary Monterosso here. We talked last evening regarding both Beverage Chronicles (www.beveragechronicles.com) and our one-minute What’s On Tap news tips. You’ve heard the former, so I’ve attached the current What’s On Tap.
Beverage Chronicles airs on Radio Garden State Saturdays at 8:45a and Sundays at 10a on WKCE 92.5 FM in Knoxville, Tenn. We’ll be adding a New Jersey-based radio station soon. We also run on a few drinks related websites, such as Hopped Up Network, as well as most of the top podcast platforms. Not counting radio or the websites, our podcast listenership averages between 500-600/episode. We don’t have figures for the websites.
What’s On Tap airs on radio stations in Manhattan, Atlantic City, Philadelphia and a few websites. We do not send it to podcast providers. Both shows have weekly releases.
What separates our show from most others is the depth of talent on our team. My co-host, Michelle Lam, is the owner and CEO of a Manhattan-based public relations company that only represents beverage companies. Michelle does some interviews and also offers marketing tips.
Rachel Benkowski is a Certified Cicerone as an historian. Her reports approach many of the stories behind how certain beers came to fruition.
Robin Shreeves is an acclaimed wine reviewer and writer.
Chef Barbie Marshall appeared on two seasons of the Hell’s Kitchen TV show, including All-Stars. She frequently discusses cooking with beverages and food/drink pairings.
I honestly feel we have assembled a powerhouse team.
In summary, I’ve attached my bio plus the current What’s On Tap episode. Based on our discussion from last night, I can confidently state that we would like to join your team. I communicate regularly with my contributors and decisions are made based on a unanimous agreement.
